    How to shop online?

    Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You can view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the 'Shopping Bag' button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the 'Checkout' hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking 'Update Bag' after all quantity adjustments have been made.

    How do I checkout?

    Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the CHECK OUT button in your shopping cart. You will then be redirected to Paypal.

    Which Payment Methods do you accept?

    We accept secure payments via PayPal.

    When will my order will shipped?

    All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 'UK Standard' post. Please allow 2-5 Working days to recieve your order. All INTERNATIONAL orders are sent via 'International Standard' post. Please allow 5-14 Working days to recieve your order. Orders recived will begin processing same day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2PM (London Time), will begin processing the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. Please note, estimated delivery times does not include Sundays or Holidays. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST POST. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a tracked/signed for option, please email us your request and we will bill you the difference to upgrade to TRACKED shipping.

    Item availability

    A large number of our products are made-to-order, for example, our popular personalised products. If the item is a stock item, then all colours and sizes will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

    Personalised products and custom-made items

    Many of our customers are repeat buyers, as they've been very pleased with the option to customise a product to how they desire, with ease. Please make sure that you have added all the necessary details for your product e.g. the baby's name, colour choice etc. in the PAYPAL 'ADD NOTES' section. All products are hand made, so may vary slightly in appearance. No two items will be exactly the same.

    If you forget for some reason, don't panic, simply fill in the contact form on our website, informing us of your choices and providing details of your order just placed.

    Sales Policy

    REFUNDS

    All sales are final. This means we do not offer refunds on our items.

    EXCHANGES

    If you happen to change your mind about a non-personalised item, we would be happy to exchange (only) with an item of your choice, to the value of or above original item.

    Please note, the cost of returning a non-customised item for an exchange, falls with the sender. You are also responsible for returning the item(s) in to us in perfect condition. Please ensure you pack the item(s) properly, as if any item is damaged, we cannot process your exchange.

    The cost of sending out your new item will be chargeable.
